💬 Require Contact Details Before Starting Live Chat

We’ve improved how conversations begin in the Live Chat widget to ensure smoother communication and cleaner contact data.

🆕 What’s New?

Previously, enabling “Contact Form” only displayed the form, but users could still type in the message box without submitting it. Now:

Visitors who already have an open chat jump straight back in without re-entering details.
If the previous chat was ended or deleted, the form re-appears for a fresh conversation.
Sessions pick up seamlessly after page refreshes, so no messages are lost.
